Caribbean Chicken & Rice

* 2 tbsp Lizeta’s Sofrito Stir Fry

* 2 chicken breasts, diced

* 1 cup white rice

* 2 cups chicken broth

* 1 red bell pepper, sliced

* 1 onion, chopped

* 1 tbsp olive oil

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
2. Add chicken and cook until golden.
3. Stir in onions, peppers, and Lizeta’s Sofrito Stir Fry.
4. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
5. Add rice and chicken broth.
6. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Serve warm and enjoy authentic Caribbean flavor.

Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

* 2 tbsp Lizeta’s Garlic Puree


* 1 lb shrimp


* 12 oz fettuccine pasta


* 1 cup heavy cream


* 1/2 cup parmesan cheese


* 1 tbsp butter


* Fresh parsley

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Sauté shrimp in butter until pink.
3. Add Garlic Puree and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in cream and parmesan.
5. Toss with pasta.
6. Garnish with parsley.

Citrus Mojo Grilled Chicken

* 1/2 cup Lizeta’s Mojo Marinade


* 4 chicken thighs


* Fresh lime wedges


* Fresh cilantro

1. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.


2. Grill over medium heat until fully cooked.


3. Serve with rice and fresh lime.

Latin Style Roasted Potatoes

* 2 lbs baby potatoes


* 2 tbsp Lizeta’s Sazón Mix


* 2 tbsp avocado oil

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.


2. Toss potatoes with oil and Sazón Mix.


3. Roast for 35 minutes until crispy.


4. Serve as a side dish.
